Welcome to Funky•Penny: Magnetic Memories.
By accessing our shop or making a purchase, you agree to the following terms.
We promise to keep things simple, clear, and drama-free.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use this site responsibly and only for legal purposes.
No hacking attempts, no duplicating content, no using our images for unrelated purposes.

All visual and written content on this site belongs to Funky•Penny: Magnetic Memories.
You’re free to browse, but not to reproduce or use any content without permission.

2. Personalized Products

Every piece we create—magnets, mosaics, compositions—is custom-made for you using the images you upload.
Which means:

• We currently do not keep pre-made stock... yet.

• The final result depends on the quality of the image you provide.

• We cannot guarantee a perfect outcome if your photo is too dark, pixelated, or blurry (and if we notice something critical, we’ll notify you before printing).

3. Pricing and Payments

Prices may change without prior notice, since materials, shipping, and suppliers also change.
We accept secure payment methods processed by Shopify, PayPal, and other approved platforms.

We do not store your payment information—your payment processor handles it securely.

4. Accuracy of Information

We do our best to display colors, sizes, and styles as accurately as possible.
However, screens vary, so small differences may occur.

We promise clarity, but we can’t promise pixel-perfect consistency.

5. Reprints, Changes, and Store Credit

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue monetary refunds.

If your order arrives with an error, damage, or an incorrect product, we offer:

• A free reprint, or

• Store credit

You must contact us within the first 5 days and provide photos of the issue.
Changes due to personal preference or a change of mind do not apply once the product is printed.

6. Shipping

We process orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping times may vary due to factors outside our control (postal services, weather, holidays, etc.).

Once the package is handed to the carrier, we can’t control delays—but we will always help you find a solution.

It is your responsibility to provide the correct address. If a package is shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error, reshipping will require an additional fee.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use our shop or products for illegal, offensive, or rights-violating purposes.
You may not upload content that is illegal, violent, or infringes copyrights.

By uploading an image for printing, you confirm that you own the image or have permission to use it.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
You can read the full version in the corresponding section.

9. Modifications to the Service

We may update, suspend, or modify the store or its products without prior notice if needed to improve service or meet legal requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

We do everything with love and professionalism, but we cannot guarantee the site will be error-free 24/7.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, incidental damages, or issues caused by external factors beyond our control.

In other words: we give our best, but we don’t control satellites or lightning storms.
