At Funky•Penny: Magnetic Memories, every piece is born from a story: yours.
That’s why all our orders are personalized and unique, crafted just for you.
And like any handmade memory, we treat each one with the care it deserves.
Returns? No. Solutions.
We do not accept returns or issue monetary refunds, since every magnet is made to order using your own images.
But if something doesn’t arrive the way it should, you’re never left on your own—we’ll find the best solution with you.
If your order arrives with an issue
Whether it’s a printing error, shipping damage, or an incorrect product, we offer two options:

A free reprint of the affected pieces.

Store credit for the corresponding value, to use on a future purchase.
(You choose the option that fits your moment best.)
To assist you, we only need:

A message from you within the first 5 days after receiving your order.

A clear photo of the affected product and a brief description of the issue.
Important Notes

If the issue comes from the image provided (too dark, pixelated, or low resolution), we cannot cover a free reprint. We always notify you if we notice something critical before printing.

No changes can be made due to personal preferences once printed, since the product is fully customized.
About Store Credit

Store credit does not expire.

It is transferable.
