Shipping Policy

At Funky•Penny: Magnetic Memories, every order begins as a story and ends as a tangible memory.
Here’s how we travel with you—from the moment you upload your photo to the instant the mail carrier knocks on your door.

1. Order Processing

Every order is created from scratch, personalized and handcrafted.
Regular processing time is 1 to 3 business days, although many orders are completed the same day if there are no issues with the image or the system.

During high-demand periods, launches, or holidays, processing time may extend slightly.
If that happens, we’ll always keep you informed.

2. Shipping Methods

We primarily use USPS for its consistency and coverage across both Puerto Rico and the United States.

Available options may include:

  • USPS Standard (3–5 business days)

  • First Class (for lightweight packages)

  • Priority Mail (faster option with detailed tracking)

Delivery times depend directly on the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or seasonal demand.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Destination address

On special occasions, we may offer free shipping for orders above a certain amount.
When active, you’ll see it clearly displayed in the store.

4. Shipping to Puerto Rico

We ship to the entire island via USPS.
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, although this may vary by region or season.

5. Shipping to the United States

We ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories through USPS.
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on the postal service.

6. Local Delivery

On special occasions or specific events, we may offer local delivery in areas near San Juan.
If available, it will appear as an option during checkout.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
If a package is returned or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it once it arrives back to us, but:

  • The cost of reshipping must be covered by the customer.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, its handling is outside our control.
Still, if something arrives damaged or never arrives, you’re not left alone:

  • Contact us within 5 days with photos of the package and the affected product.

If the package is lost, we will investigate with USPS and find the best solution (reprint or store credit, depending on the case).

9. Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information.
You’ll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the studio.

If your order shows as “delivered” but you can’t find it, please wait 24 hours (USPS sometimes marks delivery early).
If it still doesn’t appear, write to us and we’ll guide you.
